Electrical installation
A smart home starts with the electrics. Most of the problems people bring us are not broken devices but badly split circuits: one room's lighting sitting across three different breakers, and no neutral run to the back box where a relay needs to go.
RBI Automation carries out electrical installation in apartments, houses and offices in Tashkent — building the consumer unit, splitting socket and lighting circuits, and preparing lines for the smart home (neutral conductors in back boxes, dedicated circuits for controlled lines, and space in the panel for automation modules).
Above all, run the neutral
A smart relay in a back box needs both live and neutral. In typical local wiring the neutral never reaches the switch. If we do the electrics, that is handled from the start. If your own team does it, ask them for this in advance — afterwards it means chasing a finished wall.
A panel with room to grow
Automation modules live in the consumer unit and take up space. We always leave free module positions — so even if you plan the smart home a year from now, the panel will not need replacing.

Yes. Even then we lay the circuits so a smart home can be added later without opening up walls.
