Experience

Our engineers' experience

Our team has delivered more than 30 completed projects in residential complexes across Tashkent. Below are the complexes whose layouts and engineering quirks we know from work actually carried out, not from a developer brochure.

The engineers at RBI Automation delivered smart home projects in this residential complex while working at other companies. RBI Automation has traded as an independent company since June 2026, and we publish our own project portfolio as those projects complete. We state this plainly so you know exactly what our experience consists of.

Nest One

A large complex with a wide spread of layouts, from compact studios to multi-room apartments. On properties like this it is especially important to establish at the outset whether we are talking about a wired system during renovation or a wireless one in a finished flat: the resulting scenarios are nearly identical, but budget and timeline differ noticeably.

Tashkent City Gardens

Part of the Tashkent City business district. Floor-to-ceiling glazing here means a high solar load in summer, so automated blinds and a linked blind-plus-air-conditioning scenario deliver the most tangible effect — both in comfort and on the electricity bill.

Piramit Tower

A high-rise residential complex. In buildings of this height a properly designed network matters especially: a single ISP router in the hallway does not cover the whole apartment, and the smart home starts to feel sluggish because of Wi-Fi rather than the devices.

Akay City

A multi-section complex with apartments of varying size. For three-bedroom flats and larger we usually recommend planning a wired system if renovation is still ahead: the number of lighting circuits and climate zones is already high enough that a wired scheme is both more reliable and easier to service.

NRG

One of the city's more prominent modern complexes. Clients here often ask for the full set of scenarios at once — lighting, climate, blinds, leak protection — and in that case it makes sense to budget for the whole system up front rather than adding it in pieces.

U-Tower

A tower with modern building services. On properties like this it is important to establish early what the developer has already provided — fresh-air ventilation, the type of air conditioning, the electrical panel — so the smart home complements the base systems instead of duplicating them.

Modera Towers

A complex of several towers. For apartments with large windows and open-plan living, scene logic works particularly well: one Evening button instead of walking the flat and switching off six lighting groups by hand.

Infinity Residence

A residential complex with higher-specification apartments. In this segment clients more often choose a wired HDL Buspro system: the owner plans to live there for a long time, and the system's service life becomes the decisive argument.

Tiara Residence

A complex where we regularly met requests for careful installation into an already finished interior. A wireless Zigbee system solves this without cutting a single channel: relays go into back boxes, sensors mount discreetly, and curtain rails fit into existing recesses.

Kislorod Residence

A modern residential complex. A common approach here is phased automation: lighting and air conditioning first, blinds and underfloor heating six months later. A Zigbee system expands without reworking what is already installed.

Oʻzmahal Residence

A residential complex where the difference between "smart devices" and a smart home is clearly visible: five apps from five manufacturers produce not a single scenario, whereas one unified system produces them immediately.

Sayram Village

A low-rise format with private houses and plots. Here the usual set is joined by the yard, gates, exterior lighting and irrigation — things an apartment does not have, and the ones that produce the most visible benefit from automation.
