What matters about the price
- The engineer visit, consultation and estimate are free and commit you to nothing.
- Payment: 70% deposit, used to purchase equipment, and 30% on completion.
- Cable routing design is a separate paid service and applies to wired systems only.
- We supply and install the equipment ourselves; we do not sell hardware without installation.
- Equipment warranty: 5 years for HDL Buspro wired systems, 1 year for wireless.
- The system can be built in phases: start with lighting and air conditioning, add the rest later.

How much does a smart home cost in Tashkent?

Do you charge for the engineer visit?
No. The site visit, the consultation and the estimate are free and commit you to nothing. We deliberately have no showroom: the engineer comes to you and shows solutions applied to your own layout.
How does payment work?
70% is paid up front after the contract is signed and is used to purchase equipment. The remaining 30% is paid after the works are complete and the system has been tested.
