Window and ventilation control
A window in a smart home does two jobs: close when it starts raining or when you leave, and open when the room gets stuffy. Plus the most useful detail of all — climate switches itself off when a sash is open.
RBI Automation installs opening actuators for windows, roof windows and transoms, as well as sash contact sensors, in Tashkent. We configure automatic airing driven by CO₂ and humidity sensors, closing on rain, and switching off air conditioning or underfloor heating when a sash is open.
Start with the sensors
Even without actuators, contact sensors pay for themselves immediately: they shut off the air conditioner and underfloor heating in a room being aired, and tell you whether a window is still open as you leave. Actuators make sense where a window is hard to reach — roof lights, double-height spaces, high transoms.

Does it work with ordinary uPVC windows?
Yes, sensors fit any window. Actuators are selected for the specific profile and opening type — the engineer confirms this during the visit.
