Free engineer visit
The engineer visits the property and inspects the layout, the panel, the back boxes, the fittings and the air conditioners. We discuss scenarios on site — and often it is here that half the wish list turns out to be simpler and cheaper than expected.
Estimate and specification
You receive an estimate listing equipment and labour. Not "smart home — $3,000", but line by line: how many lighting circuits, how many sensors, which actuators. The estimate is free.

How much does a smart home cost in Tashkent?
In an apartment, from $500 for a starter set to $5,000 for full automation; a typical project lands at $2,000–3,000. In a house or villa, from $4,000 to $30,000, most often $10,000–15,000. The exact figure depends on the number of lighting circuits, climate zones, blinds and sensors. The engineer visit and estimate are free.
Can a smart home be installed in an apartment that is already renovated?
Yes. For a finished interior we install a wireless Zigbee system: smart relays hide inside the existing back boxes behind your switches, sensors mount discreetly, and the curtain rail fits onto the wall. No wall chasing is needed, furniture and finishes are untouched, installation takes a few days, and you keep living there throughout.
What is the difference between a wired and a wireless smart home?
A wired system (HDL Buspro) requires a dedicated control bus laid during renovation, but it does not depend on radio, needs no batteries, responds instantly and lasts decades — equipment warranty is 5 years. A wireless system (Zigbee, Tuya, Home Assistant) goes into a finished apartment in a few days with no building work; equipment warranty is 1 year. In terms of scenarios, wireless delivers roughly 90% of what wired can do for substantially less money.
What happens if the internet goes down?
The home keeps working. In wired Buspro systems the logic is stored in modules inside the building. In wireless systems we install a local Home Assistant server that keeps your scenes in your home rather than in a manufacturer's cloud. The internet is only needed for control from another city and for phone notifications. The wall switches always work.
How long does installation take?
A wireless system in an apartment takes a few days. A house takes a few weeks. Wired systems are installed in stages alongside the renovation, so months pass between start and handover: routing at the shell stage, panel and modules before the finishing works, commissioning at the end. Our own working time is still those same days and weeks.
