Presence sensors in offices and corridors plus daylight-linked dimming near windows produce the fastest return. Nobody forgets to switch off — the system does it a set interval after the last person leaves.
The meeting room as a single scene
One button: overhead lights dim, blinds come down, the projector starts, climate moves to a comfortable setpoint. When the meeting ends everything returns to its previous state automatically.
