Smart home for a house or villa

A house is harder than an apartment not because of the number of devices but because of the number of separate engineering systems that must talk to each other: heating, ventilation, irrigation, the pool, gates, façade and grounds lighting. We bring them into one interface so the house does not become a collection of eight different apps.

In short

For houses and villas in Tashkent, RBI Automation builds a wired HDL Buspro backbone and adds wireless Zigbee devices wherever pulling cable makes no sense — in the yard, the guest house, or rooms already finished. Villa projects run from $4,000 to $30,000, typically $10,000–15,000. Installation takes several weeks and wired equipment carries a 5-year warranty.

Wired backbone, pragmatic periphery

In a house we nearly always lay a Buspro bus as the foundation: lighting, climate, blinds, panel. The gazebo, guest house, garage or extension that is already finished can happily run on Zigbee and join the same system. This hybrid approach saves budget without giving up reliability where it genuinely matters.

The yard is half the value

Street lighting on an astronomical timer, irrigation that skips a cycle after rain, sliding gates that open as your car approaches, pool lighting and filtration on a schedule. None of this is possible in an apartment, and in a house it produces the most visible benefit of automation.

Heating is where the money is

Heating a house costs considerably more than heating a flat, so zoning pays back fastest. Bedrooms warm up by morning, the living room by evening, the guest wing not at all until guests arrive. Boiler control and underfloor zones are brought into the same system.

Timeline

A house means several weeks of our work spread across construction stages. We come at the shell stage, return before finishing, and close with commissioning and training. Between stages the property carries on with its own construction schedule, which usually runs into months.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a smart home cost for a house?

The range is wide: from $4,000 for basic automation to $30,000 for a large house with every system including pool and irrigation. A typical project is $10,000–15,000.

Can an already built house be automated?

Yes. Indoors we work with wireless devices; outdoors we handle gates, irrigation and exterior lighting where power is already run. Some systems can almost always still be connected by wire.

Who is responsible for the electrical work?

We carry out the electrical installation ourselves when it is part of the project. If your own team does the wiring, we hand them the cable routing design and supervise the first fix.
