Smart home for an apartment
Apartments are our most common project. The scenario is simple: you leave and the lights go off and the air conditioner stops; you come back and the flat is already warm or cool; at night the hallway light comes on by itself without waking anyone. How we deliver it depends on one thing: whether renovation is under way.
For an apartment RBI Automation offers two routes. If the renovation is finished and you live there, a wireless Zigbee system goes in within a few days without chasing walls, from $500. If renovation is only starting, a wired HDL Buspro system with cable routing design is more robust and lasts decades. The typical smart home budget for an apartment in Tashkent is $2,000–3,000, with a range of $500–5,000.
Renovation already done — we go wireless
This is the most common case. Smart relays hide inside back boxes, an IR module takes over the air conditioner and TV, leak sensors go under the sink and behind the toilet, and a curtain rail mounts on the wall. Furniture and finishes are untouched. Within a few days the apartment has a full set of scenarios.
Renovation just starting — price the wired option
If the walls are still bare, laying a Buspro bus is worth considering. The higher up-front cost is repaid in reliability: no batteries, instant response, a service life matching the wiring itself. We produce the cable routing design, hand it to your electricians, and return for commissioning near the finishing stage.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a smart home cost for an apartment in Tashkent?
From $500 for a starter set to $5,000 for full automation. In our experience most apartments land at $2,000–3,000. The engineer gives you an exact figure after the free site visit.
I live in the apartment. Do I need to move out during installation?
No. A wireless system goes in within a few days, with no dust and no water shut-off. You carry on living there as usual.
Can I start small and expand later?
Yes, and many clients do. They start with lighting and air conditioning, then add curtains, heated floors and sensors. A Zigbee system expands without reworking what is already installed.
