How we work
From the first call to a completed project — six steps. The first two are free and commit you to nothing.

Enquiry and a short conversation
You send a request or write to us on Telegram. We clarify the property type, the renovation stage and what you want to automate — enough to understand the order of magnitude involved.

Free engineer visit
The engineer visits the property and inspects the layout, the panel, the back boxes, the fittings and the air conditioners. We discuss scenarios on site — and often it is here that half the wish list turns out to be simpler and cheaper than expected.

Estimate and specification
You receive an estimate listing equipment and labour. Not "smart home — $3,000", but line by line: how many lighting circuits, how many sensors, which actuators. The estimate is free.

Contract and 70% deposit
We sign a contract with the scope and timeline. The deposit is 70% and is used to purchase equipment. The remaining 30% is paid after handover and after the system has been tested.

Installation
A wireless system in an apartment takes a few days. Wired work proceeds in stages alongside the renovation, and a whole house takes several weeks of our work spread across construction stages. We work so that you can keep living there throughout.

Commissioning, training and warranty
We configure the scenes, build the interface around your floor plan, and show the whole family how to use it — including the members who never wanted a smart home. After that the warranty applies: 5 years on wired system equipment, 1 year on wireless.
