Privacy policy

This document explains how RBI Automation YaTT ("we") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data. By submitting your details you agree to these terms.

1. Who processes your data

The data controller is RBI Automation YaTT, Tashkent, Uzbekistan. Contact details are at the end of this page.

2. What we collect

Information you provide yourself:

  • Name
  • Phone number
  • A comment, if you choose to write one (optional)
  • On the longer contact-page form: property type (apartment, house, office, hotel) and renovation stage

Technical information recorded automatically when a request is submitted:

  • IP address — used to protect the form against spam and abuse
  • The page the request was sent from and the site language you were using
  • Date and time of submission

We do not request or collect passport details, bank card numbers or any other financial information.

3. Where the data comes from

  • The enquiry form on rbi.uz
  • Advertising forms on Instagram and Facebook (Meta Lead Ads)
  • Details you send us yourself by phone, Telegram or another channel

Data submitted through an advertising form is also stored on the servers of Meta Platforms, Inc. and is subject to their own privacy policy.

4. What we use it for

We do not send bulk marketing messages without separate consent.

  • Contacting you and arranging a free consultation
  • Preparing a preliminary estimate for your property
  • Scheduling a meeting or a site visit
  • Checking service quality after the work is finished

5. Where the data is stored

Your enquiry is first written to a database on our own server, then created as a client record in our internal CRM, Smeta Creator. That CRM runs on Google’s Firebase Realtime Database, whose servers are located in the European Union (europe-west1). Your data is therefore also stored outside Uzbekistan.

Traffic to the site passes through the Cloudflare, Inc. network, which is used for connection security and delivery speed.

6. Cookies

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies:

  • theme — remembers whether you chose the dark or light appearance
  • rbi_sid — created only when a member of staff signs in to the admin panel

There is no analytics platform, advertising pixel or third-party tracking script on this site.

7. Who can access your data

Only RBI Automation staff working on your enquiry have access. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties.

Exception: official requests from authorised state bodies in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

8. How long we keep it

Data is deleted once that period expires.

  • If no contract is signed — 12 months
  • If a contract is signed — 3 years after the work ends, for warranty obligations

9. Your rights

You may at any time ask us to:

  • Tell you what data of yours we hold
  • Correct anything that is wrong
  • Delete your data entirely
  • Stop contacting you

Write or call using the details below. We act on requests within 5 working days.

10. Security

All communication with the site uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Server access is restricted and only authorised staff can reach the database. We take the organisational and technical measures needed to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration and disclosure.

11. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated. A new version is published on this page and the "Last updated" date above is changed.
